Love this little book, its text hits the perfect note with me. A "normal" gratitude journal or self-reflection journal would not be for me, but this witty one is perfect. I would say it is an amazing product for women over 45 when there is a heightened need for self-care, self-respect, self-confidence etc.Would love to see a longer version eg 365 pages, 1 for each day of the year :) Will be buying another 1 or 2 copies :)

Thought I'd give journaling a try so I bought this one. It's super cute, has pages to color on and neat pictures throughout. It's challenged me to really think about what I'm grateful for and what some of my challenges are in life. Some days the spaces won't apply to what's happened in my day but I still find something to write about and think about at the beginning and end of the day. Great little journal.
